GRIND TIP NO. 1:
All grinders produce a mix of course and fine particles – none are perfect, however, burr grinders produce far more uniformity. If your cup is too strong or bitter, adjust your grind slightly coarser. If it is too weak or sour, adjust slightly finer.
WATER TIP NO. 1:
Filtered or Spring only: no tap, no distilled, minerals aid in the extraction process.
COFFEE TIP NO. 1:
The coffee beans make a difference in the quality and clarity in your cup of coffee. This means you need certified organic, shade-grown and freshly roasted coffee.
COFFEE TIP NO. 2:
The best equipment makes the difference.
